Solution Preview

In this particular situation, I was standing by the sidewalk of our neighbourhood which is a community that consists of mixed races of whites, Caucasians and few Asian families. It was in the afternoon, and there was a commotion in the house across the street. The social worker had come over to collect two infants and take them into government custody. There had been cases of abuse to the children by the mother who was not only an alcoholic but also a drug addict.
