Special Occasion Speech

Question

There are a variety of special occasion speeches that we will have an opportunity to use throughout our lives. For this speaking opportunity, chose any type of special occasion and create a speech. Record and upload the video to the discussion link. Please be sure to read the material in Chapter 17 as well as I have provided some extra help. The speech should be no longer than three minutes and a minimum of two minutes. There is no rubric attached.
