Your instructor will give you a video to review and write up an ISBAR as you would at the beginning of your nursing shift. This is what you will upload for the assignment. Then you will be given additional information on your patient which took place during your shift. You will have to give a verbal report to the oncoming nurse. This can be done via videotaping or in-person (you will need to set up an appointment time with the instructor to do this.)
