Joy Allen Hynek dominated the explanation about the flying object. He began his career as a banker but changed it to researching on UFOs after the flying saucers began making the news. He was a scientist on an autonomous consultant to the US air force on UFO research group. He convinced both the scientist and lame man that there was a genuine mystery on UFO data and how to solve it with tools on modern science.

In 1948, the US Airforce initiated a project Called project sign on UFOs and Allen was appointed as the project consultant. From the research report, Hynek agreed on the scientist groups but there were some cases he could not explain. One of the scientist reports was that UFOs were aliens spacecraft.
