How you see yourself and your leadership traits
To be a great leader one deserves to comprise the proper leadership traits that can enable him or her perform precisely excellent. In that case, I find my leadership traits not entirely developed. I already possess the leadership traits, but I have an obligatory to develop them up to the desired position to be an outstanding leader. Additionally, despite the fact that I have portrayed some of these traits, I am not yet assured of being a leader. I am working on my personality day after the other to make sure that I can develop to a more suitable leader who has a potential to influence workers and organizational behavior.
