Your readings this week present perspective on essential coaching skills and some critical analysis from scholar practitioners on best practices in management coaching. For this week’s discussion, you are to discuss core competencies of professional coaching. Choose one of the core competencies for coaching discussed in the materials this week and connect it in some way with your professional experiences (positive or negative). Describe the organization (feel free to use pseudonyms) and context. How was the competency experienced by you or others and to what extent was it a product of training or organizational culture within the organization?
Then, choose at least two other classmates who discussed different competencies to recommend important considerations to make for best practices in exercising that coaching competency within the organizational culture.
