Introduction
Psychology is the study of the human mind and how human behaviors are influenced by nature and human conditions. Psychology offers different types of therapy to their client. Here we will focus on client-centered therapy.
Client-centered therapy is a humanistic psychotherapist developed by Carl Rogers in 1930 (Staff, 2018). This is a client based counseling that requires the client participation of the client for the success of their treatment without the direct involvement of the therapist. In client-centered therapy, the client determines the course and direction of the treatment while the therapist provides the response to the client to promote self-understanding.
