Developing resilience
Resilience in nursing practice is essential due to high demands from nursing environment and the risk of burning out is high among nurses. Therefore, developing resilience can help to mitigate stress. To develop resilience, I can first develop my self-esteem by knowing my qualities as well as strengths.
