Conflict Resolution Skills
Lack of sufficient resources in most environments will always result in conflict. On the other hand, although the workplace environment may include extensive efforts by the management to guarantee sufficient resources remain available for the workers, differences among them may at times result to conflict situations among the employees. Consequently, the management personnel requires extensive skills in the management of conflict, to sufficiently deal with such cases without putting a strain on workplace productivity. In essence, the possession of proper conflict resolution skills could make the difference between productivity and lack thereof.
