Growing pains in an organization are those problems encountered when the organization fails to achieve successful development in its internal infrastructure to the extent required its size and the rate at which it is growing (Schön, 2017). The internal infrastructures of an organization refer to the operational and management system, resources and culture required by that firm at a particular stage of growth.
