Blue Ocean
Blue Oceans have been described to be created in two ways. One of the ways is creating the blue ocean beyond existing industry boundaries. Beyond existing industry boundary means creating an entirely new firm in the market. For example how Facebook was created. Another way of creating the blue ocean is through establishing new industries from already existing ones. For instance, a company which produces only mangoes juice may decide to open up a new branch in a different geographical region.
