4) Lastly, what are your overall thoughts on cities within the states declaring themselves as safe havens or sanctuary cities? What are your thoughts on the federal governments directives to shut them down? Are there any potential issues of federalism with this issue? In the USA, many of the local government have laws enforcements that protect immigrants rights from the federal government that deports illegal immigrants when they are caught.
