Systems Theory of Management
By definition, the systems theory views the achievement of various objectives within a particular environment as a consequence of the interaction between various parts of the system. The interaction between the different elements aimed at achieving the same objective results to a system-like environment (Mele et al. 127). Activities within the management context require that the manager determines the task objectives and allocates different responsibilities to employees with enough capability to achieve the desired goals based on the resource availability.
