The documentary “Trouble the Water” is based on a married couple Kimberly and Scott Roberts who happened to live in New Orleans during the time Hurricane Katrina hit the city and the surrounding regions. The documentary was released on first released on the 22nd of August 2008. Kimberly is videotaping her neighbors who were unable to leave their homes since they didn’t have any funds with them and they lacked transportation that would have helped them move from the city.
