Contracts are important documents in any business when more than one party is engaging in an operation that requires agreement on certain issues. Any organization gets into situations where they have to make deals in terms of purchasing products or selling to other companies which require a well-drafted agreement. The terms are flexible depending on the individuals or companies involved or even the activity undertaken.
