Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
The relationship between employers and employees has always been transactional in nature. While the employee provides his skills as service to the employer, the employer must also develop an environment fit enough for the employee to engage in different activities that amount to productivity within the context of the organizational setting. However, the conduct of employers in their effort to provide an ideal working environment has always been subject to discussion, particularly based on cases of exploitation, in which case the employers would wield more power due to the forces of demand and supply of labor.
