Part One
A redesign of inventory or a supply chain design is not a project that can be undertaken lightly, because if it not carefully planned it can easily be deferred and this eventually pushes the company back to where it was with bigger losses (Bragg, Stone & Geersdaele, 2019). This complex and additionally time consuming process involves a number of procedures that need to be followed keenly and in reference to the economic situation that is affecting the market to ensure that it brings about positive change. In the implementation of a supply chain redesign the one notable thing is that one can never be sure of the obstacles and benefits that can be uncovered and thus the budget should not be limiting and that is why its completion is necessary once it has started
Supply management redesign should be conducted with a particular plan.
