Major Indicators of Men’s Health Status
The primary indicators of men’s health status include; health behaviors, social support, behavioral response stress, health care use, perceived susceptibility to risk, physical distress, and expression of emotions (McKenzie, Collings, Jenkin, and River, 2018). Men are less emotionally expressive than women. However, men express more emotional distress and fear than women.
