Executive Summary

When we talk of equal pay, it equates that people are paid the same amount of wages within the same category despite their genders, race or any other affiliations. It is a shame that despite the advancements that we have undergone over the years, we are still battling the issue of equal pay. The most noticeable disparity is gender-based, whereby men are paid way, more than women even whet at times they share the same responsibilities and roles within an organization.
