Lack of Work Schedule

so we decide to do about the lack of schedule

for example, I work at the Kate Spade company.

our store was just open couple month ago

and the manager hired a lot of people to work with them and also, in the beginning, they gave so many shifts

but suddenly, now because of payroll problem

the manager is giving one to two days of shift and gives a lot of On Calls every week.

even though they give on calls employee are mostly not called by the company.

So many people are quitting or have another job while working with the company.
