From my perspective, I trust that the non-verbal communication in this picture is Affect Displays. The lady with the basic bad tan looks as if she is reacting negatively to the man, just have a look at her. It is apparent that she is not happy by the move of the gentleman to stare at her. In general, she is depicting her dissatisfaction from the look given to her.
