i need an outline

on the bottom I uploaded 3 files. the first is the example of the outline layout, it has to have a mixture of roman numeral, numbers and letters. the second uploaded document is what i have started i just need help finishing it by Saturday, 11/16 9am. and the third document is the article. This is a 8 page article that needs to be broken down into an outline form.

Pages does not matter as long as it is as lengthy or lengthier than the article all the main point of the article should be included in the outline.
