In my CQ journey, I developed several goals and action steps in journal 2 that would help improve my cultural intelligence. Cultural intelligence has in the recent past become a prerequisite for success in an individual’s professional and personal life. It allows an individual to be in a position to interact and communicate with other people effectively regardless of the differences that exist among us in society.
