The concepts presented in class on IPLAN were especially applicable following the exposure in the classroom. For instance, the community health needs assessment is a relatively straightforward concept. It would only require that one evaluates some of the vulnerabilities within a particular community, following which it would be possible to determine the needs of the said society with ease. Therefore the presented concepts on IPLAN were easily understandable primarily due to their relationship to reality and practicality of the said concepts.
